History
LG People was specifically established in Western Australia in 2012 to support the research and development of integrated workforce planning to meet new regulatory requirements, as well as to provide resources and support for the implementation of the Workforce Plan. In 2017 it has been rebranded to LG People and Culture to better reflect the increased range of services offered in consultation, early intervention, issue resolution, culture review and change management.

Principal Consultant Marg Hemsley has spent 17 years consulting to Local Governments in the areas of People, Culture and HR Risk Management. She is committed to the sector and offers value added, tailored and innovative services that meet the identified needs of the client.
